The downstairs bathroom:

This project was challenging. The original toilet, sink and cast iron tub were all still in this space. There was a huge wooden cabinet behind the door which had been chewed up by several dogs. This small space had two doors and neither was in good condition. So we decided that an entire remodel was needed with the covering of one of the doors, replacement of sink and toilet (we kept the tub), and sheetrock instead of the laminate board. Here are some photos of the bathroom before the remodel.
